Dr. Jonathan Su is a physical therapist and rehabilitation specialist. He has more than two decades of experience sustaining and supporting the human capacity to thrive through aging, injury, illness, and prolonged physical inactivity.

He has exceptionally broad experience with the full range of challenges and difficulties that can be addressed through exercise and structured rehabilitation programs. Over the course of his career, he has worked one-on-one with more than 10,000 clients, helping them overcome every conceivable injury, illness, disadvantage, and natural change in their bodies.
For three years, Dr. Su was the subject matter expert for injury prevention, rehabilitation, and human performance optimization for the U.S. Army’s 25th Infantry Division. He was responsible for the well-being of 4,500 active-duty soldiers in the field, and he quickly became an expert in effectively treating athletic and orthopedic ailments with minimal equipment.
He also learned forceful lessons about the importance of proactive measures. Dr. Su now devotes much of his time to writing, speaking, and coaching, making every effort to offer low-cost expert guidance on the steps we can all take to remain healthy, active, and in control of our lives.
When he is not working, you can find him seeking out new hole-in-the-wall restaurants and spending quality time with his partner Farah and their two young boys.
