Dr. Jonathan Su is a physical therapist and fitness expert whose mission is to make fitness accessible for everyone, no matter their age, weight, or fitness level. Dr. Su is coauthor of the clinical textbook Netter’s Orthopaedic Clinical Examination and the bestselling author of Six-Minute Fitness at 60+.

Dr. Su is a former U.S. Army officer in charge of injury prevention, rehabilitation, and performance optimization for over 4,500 active-duty soldiers in the field. This experience helped him develop expertise in tactical fitness and rapid rehabilitation using little to no equipment.
